HUNTING REQUIREMENTS

  • The discretion of the professional hunter on duty is always valid.
  • The hunter firing the shot is always responsible for payment in full.
  • Trophy hunting must be arranged with management prior to the hunt.
  • Strictly no calibre less than .243 is to be used for small game and .270 for large game.
  • All wounded game will be paid in full, regardless of whether the animal is found or not. The discretion lies with the professional hunter on duty
  • Wounded game will be tracked at a cost of R140 per hour.
  • Slaughtering of game: R100 – small game; R200 – large game; R250 – trophy.
  • Please supply own containers for the meat.
  • No hunting is permitted without permission from management.

DAILY RATES

  • Slaughtering of carcasses. Linen, towels and cleaning of rooms and braai area.
  • Self-catering: Please bring your own ice, although ice is for sale at R20 per bag.
  • Wood is available at R70 per 20kg bag. Stumps for the fire will be provided.
  • Self-catering: Please supply the professional hunter on duty with food.
  • PH tips are appreciated for satisfactory service.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • A butchery is available on the main farm and quotes may be obtained from Marica Strydom.
  • All prices include VAT.
  • The account must be settled in full before leaving the farm.
  • 100% payment is required when booking is made and is non-refundable.
